In 1986, COW began with a simple but powerful mission: to develop young men of character, courage, and commitment.
Forty years later, that mission continues — strengthened by thousands of alumni, dedicated volunteers, generous supporters, and families who believed in the vision.
On July 11, 2026, we will gather as one community to celebrate where we’ve been, honor those who paved the way, and look ahead to the next 40 years.
